From just a little bit of research, I have found that there IS decent surf fishing as well as clamming in Ocean City as well as neighboring communities! Licenses ARE required and you can find information here...

Everyone seemed to enjoy the vacation in the Outer Banks last year so we thought we would do it again...this year we're heading to OCEAN CITY, NEW JERSEY, and we've rented another beautiful house with a pool right on the Boardwalk!
